3.The guarantee of quality:

1) Higher Density:In order to increase the wear-resistance of the steel chisel when in high-strength operating       condition,our stell chisel experts choose top-quality alloy steel ingots for forging,so the density of the material is higher.All the steel will be 42Cn.

2) Better Toughness:In order to ensure the resilience of the steel chisel,our steel chisel experts gain well-distributed and fine granular pearlite to make the steel chisel have good comprehensive functions by normalizing the raw material.
3) Stronger Wear-Resistance:In order to increase the wear-resistance,hardness strength of the steel chisel,our experts apply the techniques of segmentation quenching and tempering process,in addition,they choose imported high-quality quenching medium.
4)  Longer Service-life:In order to ensure longer service-life of steel chisel,our steel chisel experts choose top-quality,refined alloy steel and improted quenching medium to do the heat treatment,so the hardness of our steel chisel core 50% higher than the average ones,seen from this point,our steel chisel have longer service-life.
5) Lower Breakage-Rate:our experts value the products quality very much,so raw materials before processing operations,heat treatment operations,production processes and product testing are done on a fairly complete in order to keep the breakage-rate even lower.
